Award-winning SkrineChops, developed by owner Steve Skrine, consist of center-cut bone in pork chops and seasonings added in a specific order during the cooking process. The menu includes SkrineChop Meal with side and drink for $6.75; Chicken Breast Meal for $6.25; Half Slab Skrib Meal consisting of slow-cooked baby back ribs for $9, meal-sized salads, combo platters, and more. This food is outstanding. I kept going back so often my friends started follosing me. Now it's a pilgrimage - 2 -3 times each week. I recently checked out the Forest Park location. It's right on Madison street. The restaurant is really cool and the food there is out-of-control good too. I'm going to have my anniversary party catered by SkrineChops. - NorthSide, 01/11/2008
